Fares and booking
Book tickets in advance
Please make sure to book your ticket in advance, regardless of how you're travelling – on foot, by bike, or by vehicle.
You’ll receive a confirmation email, which serves as your ticket. Please show it at boarding – either on your phone or as a printout.
Booking deadlines

No later than 30 minutes before departure from Faaborg

No later than 60 minutes before departure from Lyø or Avernakø
Check-in deadline
You must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
If you arrive later, your reservation will be cancelled, and your ticket will only be valid as a standby ticket.
Cancellations and refunds
If you no longer need your reservation, you can cancel it via the online booking system up to 30/60 minutes before departure.
If you cancel a prepaid booking within this timeframe, the amount will be refunded automatically.
Prepaid reservations that are not cancelled in time are non-refundable.
