Fares and booking

Please make sure to book your ticket in advance, regardless of how you're travelling – on foot, by bike, or by vehicle.

You’ll receive a confirmation email, which serves as your ticket. Please show it at boarding – either on your phone or as a printout.

Booking deadlines

• Departure from Faaborg: until 30 minutes before departure

• Departure from Lyø / Avernakø: until 60 minutes before departure
  
  

Check-in deadline

You must arrive at least 15 minutes before departure.
If you arrive later, your reservation will be cancelled, and your ticket will only be valid as a standby ticket.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel your reservation online up to 30/60 minutes before departure.

Prepaid bookings cancelled in time are automatically refunded. Late cancellations are non-refundable.
